      55 minutes ago I was crackling with energy. Now I am a shell of my former self

      I've popped some zinc, and a megadose of vitamin d. What else could I ingest to recover my chi, my prana??

              I remember reading some reddity gooner forum where they where discussing lowering the male refractory period. Someone had succeded with some supplement stack i cannot remember. He had hundreds of orgasms per day, claimed the euphoria was better than any drug.

                @rosenstein pretty sure you're feeling better by now. Don't sweat it, don't "fight" your habit, but release it and focus on other stuff.

                  A good hormone-free stack would be vitamin D3, vitamin E, P5P, and shilajit. This is mostly to attenuate prolactin secretion and keep dopamine where it should be. The shilajit will have some favorable effects on testosterone and decreasing serotonin as well, which will help.

                  Nothing wrong with jacking off. Porn addiction is the issue. It destroys the dopamingeric system in ways we've yet to fully understand. Fortunately this can be fixed with a prolonged porn detox.
