If I have eaten dairy my whole life how can I be B2 deficient??
I have tried b2 capsules in the past. not much change.
For now im still eating mostly plants but some fish or seafood too, I had crab today and it digests well. No problems eating crab. I got some trout I might try because I can somehow digest plants and seafood/fish but never dairy or meat of any kind. I heard mushrooms and trout both have B2 so I might try eat more of those..
praying i can unfuck myself by frying some mushrooms and trout fillets. also read about a connection between mercury toxicity and also thyroid problems and problems with b2. like mercury can cause thyroid issues which then causes issues with the body using vitamin b2. so maybe I just need to keep raising my energy levels/thyroid levels up and see what happens.

'Functional vitamin B2 levels were assessed in 600 children with autism aged between two and 30 years old. Every child assessed was found to have functional vitamin B2 deficiency. The deficiency appears to have stemmed from deficiencies in Iodine, Selenium and/or Molybdenum as was found in a previous report by this lab. Functional vitamin B2 is a known essential co-factor in the maintenance of the activity of vitamin B12, and potentially this would also mean that each child was deficient in functional vitamin B12 – a known predisposing factor for autism.'
This is the thing I'm talking about. So those 3 nutrients are found in beans and fish mainly... No wonder I was craving fish and chips with mushy peas. if only it wasn't drowned in PUFA that would fix all my problems.... might jsut need to make it myself.,, and if Dr Peat said to avoid beans it might be pretty easy to get deficient. Especially if you are someone like me who can't digest meats...

Get your minerals and vitamins from actual food.
See how shitty you feel after taking zinc + B complex pills.

Liver pain from supplements... Gonna stay vegetarian and add freshly picked seafood eventually possibly for cholesterol or whatever. I just hope the sea where I live isn't polluted... You can get zinc from peas and if the gut microbiome is healthy its not a huge problem with all that fibre no?

Not much from plants is bioavailable.
Better eat raw muscle meat, raw organs, raw eggs, raw milk, raw honey. -
makes me smell like shit and sits in my stomach and smells absolutely putrid
I have heart disease and I get short of breath eating animal products. Today I've been eating sorghum and I feel good and cycled around. Even feel like I might be able to run and climb again in a few days
the advice on this forum is very dangerous for certain people
bioavailability is bullshit, the reason people in the west can't be vegetarians is because their gut is nuked, bacteria in healthy guts break down antinutrients like Oxalobacter (look that one up)
plants have less nutrients but they are lighter so you just eat more to get the same nutrition out of it

do you really eat like a cat. is this a joke

@CO3 this is a great read, thank you!
I have always been fond of natural fabrics and have read about how the frequencies of different fabrics correlate to various diseases, with natural ones associated with higher vibrations.I believe that wearing bras, particularly those with metal wires, can be equally harmful.
I have always been fascinated by the women of indigenous tribes who wear minimal or no clothing on their breastsFollowing these best practices - a healthy diet and clothing made of natural fabrics may not be enough though without meaningful interactions with others.

@Santosh Raw animal foods are great. Fruits too though!
