I see some people recommend beef thyroid and others recommend stuff like "Thyroid Support Compound" supplements.

I'm curious as to what people here have experience with, what you prefer, and what the main differences are. Thanks.

I use beef NDT and it seems to make me think faster and be more resilient to cold. Never tested before, just assumed mildly hypo based on symptoms. Never tried synthetic, although that might be next step to try to dial in optimal t3 to t4 ratio.

Might need to find new source of NDT because I heard that the owner of the company is the one going off the rails and trying to start a heretical anti-Peat religion.

I emailed Evolved Elements to ask if they had any kind of measurement of potency for their product, ie an estimate on number of grains or amount of T3/T4 per dose and they never answered. Most NDT powders on the market don't reveal this because I think it is likely wildly inconsistent, which would make me cautious taking or recommending NDT powder in general.
