RE: Homemade red light array
What kind of fixtures are you putting the bulbs in? You might be heating them up too much.

RE: Reliable Vitamin D sup
I like the Premier Research Vit D in olive oil, which is available in the states.

RE: Chronic tinnitus?
I have had tinnitus since I was a child and taking thyroid has helped to relieve it. Sometimes it's entirely gone and sometimes I still hear it at night.

RE: How do you make eggs taste good?
Try finding some better eggs if you can. I just eat mine plain with some salt and they taste pretty good. Sometimes I'll make an omelet with pecorino romano cheese.

RE: Eczema Cures?
I have also used progest-e on eczema and it cleared it up pretty quickly. Apply a little olive oil to the area first to help dissolve the progest-e, otherwise it's going to wind up being a sticky mess.

RE: Ice cream maker.
@CO3 Yeah, it's nice being able to make really high quality ice cream in under an hour and trying different recipes is fun. Quickly leads you to having a few gallons in your fridge at any time.

RE: Most effective way to learn a new language?
Avoid language learning apps like the plague. Pimsleur tapes are fine imo and you might be able to find them or similar materials at your local library. Run those and then take a speaking course online or in person to get you to around A2 or B1 level. Once you have a decent grasp on grammar and some vocab, just watch or read media in the language and make flashcards out of new words, ideally while continuing classes or speaking to a native speaker.

RE: NDT Dose Frequency
I think NDT is too inconsistent to follow any valuable dosing schedule. I had used the LGS powder for quite a while to varying degrees of success. It felt like some batches and dosages(which I always weighed, never just used the scoop) would be very strong and other times I would go through a few grams and felt like it was just dry powder. I think measured and synthetic is probably a better way to pursue thyroid supplementation.

RE: Ice cream maker.
I also have an ice cream maker with a compressor and it's a total game changer. My favorite recipe so far is coffee ice cream, either by adding brewed coffee or instant to the mixture. Sometimes I add in chocolate chips if I have them.
