Reliable Vitamin D sup

@kyquism Supplements are always a moving target, in my opinion.
I'm using NOW D3 in MCT oil. I think it's the cheapest but reputable product out there right now.
Life Extension, Pure Encapsulations, and Thorne make D3 oils that are just as good (some with K2 if desired).
The same brands make D3 capsules as well. I might choose those during the summer months as they withstand the heat of sitting in hot trucks and warehouses a bit better.
toxinless.com is good place to look at good options for supplements and other needs.

@kyquism I use one that is in MCT from healthnatura (https://healthnatura.com/vitamin-d3-in-mct-oil-5000-i-u-1-ounce/). I only put it on my skin. I don't ingest it.

@kyquism Where?
-
@CO3 anywhere. I just put it on my arms, but most recommend applying around the belly button or on the legs. If you have somewhere on your body that you think needs more vit D, apply there as well.

@basednigga2006 also magnesium is needed to convert the inactive vitamine D to the active version of it....

@secondkelping Anything that comes in just (good quality) extra virgin olive oil. Ideally high-dose. Mine is a grman brand called naturalie but i don't think you'd be able to get it there.

I like the Premier Research Vit D in olive oil, which is available in the states.
