How do you usually cook liver?
I always eat liver like my grandma used to make it, thin slices with onions.
Sometimes I feel like I overcook it, how do you like it? -
@KippleRemover I really like Braunschweiger. US wellness meats has a great one. I can slice it and eat it on an egg sandwich, or mix it into an egg scramble with some cheese. Really good stuff!

I use liver in a curry dish usually and it tastes pretty good. Plenty of salt and carbs too
