Advice for severe gyno..

Hi,
I've been struggling with gyno for a long time and will get surgery end of this year (planning to). I'm particularly scared of the scars that are left after the surgery and don't want to look like a post-op troon. I'll be losing weight but would appreciate any other recommendations for tightening the skin, removing fat and the boob tissue until the surgery so it's a smaller operation, and doesn't leave any scars.
