Mulloch's shopping list

I've been asked on occasions what are some good quality products when speaking about a specific substance. Considering the vitamin and supplement industry can be a bit shady this is understandable. We need to watch our supplements just as close as our diets so we don't put bad shit into our bodies. I thought I'd create this thread to give people some insights into good products. The list isn't exhaustive, but probably common items bioenergetic people would use. If you would like a more extensive list of products I highly recommend toxinless, which shouldn't be a stranger around these parts. Should go without saying, but I'm not affiliated with any companies mentioned here. Also If anyone else has good products worth mentioning feel free to post them as well.
Coconut oil - this is the coconut oil I use. I like it because it's pure, wholesale, and was recommended to me long ago by another Peater on the old forum. One 35lb bucket lasts me a whole year.
Vitamin D3 - A no brainer in my opinion. It's under 20 dollars (shipping not included) and it's basically pure, the only ingredients are D3, MCT oil, and tocopherol. 5,000 units daily (10 drops) will last 2 months.
Progest-E - Shouldn't need any introduction. It can be obtained either in the link provided or by email directly at Kenogen@gmail.com
Aspirin - The product in the link is fine, basically a generic GeriCare alternative. However, I recommend you actually buy it in the store instead of ordering. Last time I ordered aspirin it was already old and vinegary smelling. Every time I've bought it from the store it's been good. Keep it in the freezer for long shelf-life.
Vitamin E - Besides Georgi's product this is the only acceptable alternative I've found. Mixed tocopherols with only gelatin, glycerin, water as additives. Not cheap, but at 1 daily will last you 4 months.
Magnesium - Eating leafy greens would be my first choice, but if you wanted to turn to supplementation this is what I recommend. Highly absorbable and fast acting. Cost effective as well, even at 2x the recommended dose (12 sprays) the 8oz size lasts 4 months.
DHEA - There's probably a lot of comparable products just as good. But I'm loyal to this company. They ship fast and regularly give discounts. It's dissolves in Progest-E well. The 25 gram bag is cost effective and lasts a long time depending on your dosage.
BCAA - Best product I've been able to acquire. No funny business. Strictly the branch chain aminos and no other ingredients. Usually lasts a while, I buy 2 whenever I order it.
Casein - Unparalleled basically. This is pure casein, nothing else. Best protein on the market because it has low cysteine and a very good calcium to phosphorus ratio. Out of all the items mentioned here it's probably the least cost effective. i find myself having to order it basically monthly. Only downside in my opinion.
I will add to the list as time goes on. Keep in mind Idealabs is also great for any specialty items. I think Health Natura has the most pure micronized pregnenolone on the market I believe.
-
Oysters - A good brand, they can be obtained on Amazon. I prefer the chili pepper ones. They also come smoked in just olive oil (no pepper) and traditionally packed in water.
Oatbran - Best company hands down. They also sell the best powdered milk on the market too. These products can also be found at Amazon.
Cheese - This is my main one, although I will occasionally pick up some fresh raw cheeses as well. Only ingredients is the milk, culture, and rennet. You may be able to order it, but it's best to just have a Costco membership so you can pick it up.
-
Inosine - I've used this product before. It's the only inosine product I've found that either wasn't encapsulated already or didn't have junk in it. Not cheap, but considering insoine isn't something you'd take long-term everyday it should last a while.
-
Cream Cheese - This is the one I use, it's suitable for people with lactose sensitivity, and it has no gums. Not sure where all they distribute to, but my Whole Foods carries it.

@Mulloch94 What is the best way to get a red light?

Well if you're wanting to do what Ray recommneded then you should probably use one of those incandescent chicken coop lights, like this one for example. I think Danny uses something similar.
You could also use LED lights like the ones at red light man. But fair warning they're expensive. Should be an okay investment though, provided you don't get a faulty bulb they last a while.
I got my red light from LifeGivingStore about 4 years ago, before that I just used the heat lamps. I can't really say which one is better. I think the regular incandescent bulbs increase the temps more. Not sure if LGS is still selling them or not, but keep in mind Charlie is affiliated with them. Do what you like but I'm probably never going to support his businesses again. His lights were roughly the same price of red light man's too, maybe slightly cheaper.

@Mulloch94 Thanks.
Also, I see the coconut oil is refined. So it should be good for frying. Meaning that it wont have a certain taste basically. Thats my main problem with the Costco coconut oil.

@Kilgore Yeah the coconut oil is good for frying. No taste imparted by the product.
