Fluconazole Treatment
-
Does anyone have experience with fluconazole (a.k.a. Diflucan)? Anecdotes here and on RPF are limited.
I think that fluconazole, taken at a moderate dosage and concurrently with natural, Peaty antifungals, would be a very potent treatment for intestinal fungal overgrowth.

@banquos-ghost Fluconazole works when you're taking it but the fungus comes back again a short time later. There is also the chance of growing a nasty fungus that is resistant to anti fungal meds. At least that's what the Doctor told me.
I haven't found a more powerful antifungal than leaves from an olive tree. I boil them and then drink the tea. Never had any side effects from olive leaves.
