Well it is safe to say another low carb guru bites the dust. Back in my keto days I would listen to peter talk about fasting and carbohydrate restriction. Now its fun to see him come around to bioenergetic stuff slowly but surely. Of course I think he is doing this in a calculated way to ensure he does not get any back lash for his flip flopping. So funny to see an authority in the longevity space now coming to the conclusions around stuff like fasting and carbohydrate restriction that Ray and many other great minds in the sphere figured out long ago.
