Diet: white rice, parmesan cheese, OJ, milk, honey, raw carrot once or twice a day, try to mainly eat beef or lamb if I'm having meat, up to 2 eggs per day (cooked)

Supps: baking soda 1 tsp w/ Aspirin and 1 tsp before bed, VitD, pregnenolone, thiamine, aspirin 650 mg once a day, gelatin

Been going on for a while. Have a normal BM once in a while. I'm not having to go all the time, but when I go (usually once or twice a day) it is super watery.

I've always tended to have a quick digestion, but feel like it has worsened since I've started following bioenergetic stuff.

Everything I find is about speeding up digestion, but I feel like I need to slow it down.

Found something that says diarrhea can be linked to high serotonin, but as far as I know I'm doing things to reduce serotonin and nothing to increase it.

Anything anyone has tried or might try if they were to have this issue?

Why do you refer to gelatin as a supplement?

@LinDaiyu I'm not sure. I guess it is kind of halfway in between a food and a supplement. I take two of the Knox gelatin packets mixed in water before bed. It feels supplement-y to take it that way.

Have you gone without the baking soda? I have heard that can cause things to move a little fast digestion wise. Alternatively if you want to go the serotonin route, cyproheptadine seems to be best for that.

@LinDaiyu I reduced baking soda from 1 tsp twice daily to 1/2 tsp once a day and still had diarrhea once today. I didn't mention it, but I have also been drinking a lot of carbonated water, which I also stopped. Was hoping this was it, but seems it might be something else. Does OJ cause diarrhea for anyone?
