      We can't afford idealabs' Lipodd, and would like to find a direct source for C15.
      Has anyone here been able to buy C15 from any of the labs online?
      Thanks.

        Have you considered getting it from food?

          @DavidPS I'm so glad to see Bearded Seal Oil on the list.
          I eat that by the tub full. 😁

            @DavidPS
            Thanks.
            Looking at this, I guess I get about 300 mg of c15 from beef each day, and maybe some from milk and butter.
            I wish I knew what a recommended daily amount was, if such a recommendation exists, from Peat or Haidut, based on studies.

              @AinmBeo - Like most things the more the better , but only up to a point. I have alot of high fat dairy in my diet and my BMI and my BMI is 21.5. C15 and C17 in dairy may account (at least in part) for the dairy paradox.

              The dairy fat paradox: Whole dairy products may be healthier than we thought

              ↑ What is “already known” in this topic:
              The most dietary guidelines recommending the increased consumption of low fat or fat-free dairy products.

              The dairy fat intake is not typically accompanied with a higher risk of weight gain, CVD, or type II diabetes in healthy persons within the range of the recommended calorie intake.
