soft WHEAT flour, sugar, coconut 20%, coconut fat, fresh EGGS, natural coconut flavouring with other natural flavourings, dextrose, raising powders: sodium carbonates and disphophates, skimmed milk powder.
Obviously the wheat flour is a problem but for some people it digests fine.
The rest of the ingredients seem ok
