Methylated Androsterone?

A lot of us are interested in using transdermal/oral/sublingual steroids to get performance enhancing effects or pro-libido and pro-masculinizing effects.
So, what do you think about a methylated androsterone formulation? In theory it would convert to methyl-DHT, which would stay in the body longer than would its base metabolite, bioidentical DHT. It should also convert to methyl-androstanediol, which shares many of the calming effects of allopregnenalone and would again remain in the body for longer due to the methylation.
I don’t think any of the metabolites of methyl-androsterone would be hepatotoxic, either. That is because the hepatotoxicity of the methylated androgens is likely due to the methylated estrogens that the androgens are metabolized into. But since neither Androsterone nor its metabolites can be easily turned into estrogen, I don’t think this is a concern.
Lastly, I recall that Haidut posted a study showing that androsterone and DHEA in a 50-50 to 25-75 ratio were capable of completely re-masculinizing castrated rats. So, if the methylated androsterone ever gets produced, perhaps running it with IdeaLabs Pansterone would be the ultimate pro-masculinizing stack.

I'm skeptical of the idea that methylated steroids only damage the liver if they can be aromatized. I don't think superdrol or epistane are aromatizable, for instance. I think breaking the methyl off is what damages the liver.
You can just get DHT powder and microdose it orally a few times a day. It should stay in the system for a few hours each dose. Or take Haidut's androsterone a few times a day.
I generally think that people in the health space way overestimate and overvalue DHT as a hormone. It's important to have in optimal amounts for sure, but high DHT... I just can't wrap my head around what the value is.

@Crypt-Keeper yes, that is true with respect to superdrol (methyldrostanalone).
I heard Haidut mention that he thought the liver toxicity comes from the estrogens, but it is probably from both, with the former potentially being even worse for the liver.

@jamezb46 Who knows how really safe something like methylated androsterone would be on a daily basis. I think oral/sublingual androsterone works pretty well on it's own. I've heard of sublingual Anavar being used as a pre-workout. Whether the damage of oral steroids is related to estrogen or not, which I'm not sure I buy that, I'd still be wary of taking oral steroids for a long period of time and or at a high dose.
