            @Ray-Peat-Fanboy I’ve got the most potent results from theanine. Thesnine in powder form is very cheap tastes like utter ass though

              Would you say that theanine has a decent antidepressant effect? I remember it lifted my mood before when I tried it. I might consider buying it again.

                @Ray-Peat-Fanboy it boosts dopamine reduces serotonin and glutamate increases GABAergic tone so yes. I get decent mood lifting effects at 600 mg
