Tyromix Having No Effects on Temp

Tyromix seems to be having no effects. Which is strange as when I was using the same bottle a few months prior, the effects were extremely potent. I used to just put it on my forearm, but have tried sublingually and naval as well. Any tips?
Could it be because of liver issues? I struggle to see how it could be, shouldn't taking transdermally bypass the liver?
I'd appreciate any guidance.
