Thyroid Supplementation Advice

Brief tldr: I eat Peaty, avoid what we all try to avoid, look to manage stress, use red light, take aspirin etc, etc.
I take TyroMix from IdeaLabs. I’m currently taking 6 drops spaced through the day. So roughly around what would be a grain. Overall I don’t feel bad. Fairly upbeat, decent energy though the day, good mood, good libido etc. But my temps and pulse haven’t budged. Still waking up at 96-97 and only getting up to 97.5, maybe 98 during the day. My pulse when I am at a complete rest drops to 50-60 range.
Should I keep going Tyromix dose? I’ve been on the 6 drops for two weeks now. Should I double it or just add a few more drops for another two week?

Hard to say without a hormone panel. When I first started Tyromix, it had a VERY potent and immediate effect when applied on my wrist. While some days it was amazing, other days it would damn near cause panic attacks. So I paused it for several months and tried again. But the second time around, it seemed to have zero effect on my temps, maybe little on my heartrate but overall didn't have much an effect. I figured it was probably liver issues so I swapped to a new regimen based off Georgi's mouse study. I take .5 - 1 gram of aspirin a day along with a B complex and that seems to be having much more potent uncoupling effects especially on heartbeat and temp. I'm hoping after a few weeks to try Tyromix again to see if my liver is in better shape.
