      How do you get a stimulating lifestyle?

      I ask because I know Raymond Peat has said that a stimulating lifestyle is important for the metabolism.

      I am unemployed and I have a endless amount of free time, but at times i feel boredom. So i'm trying to find ideas on how to make my lifestlyle be more stimulating.

      Recently this month I've just been getting drunk a few times a week on homemade alcohol made of fermented sugar and yeast and then blasting music as a source of having fun. But I know that ethanol consumption is not a healthy long term solution to have fun. So i'm trying to look for other ways to have a stimulating lifestyle.

      I know that kratom is a way to lift my mood and "have fun" without any damage to health but thats more of a financial issue because kratom is quite expensive šŸ˜•

        How do you afford kratom bro? Do you just spend less amount of money on food and then instead compensate it with spendings on kratom? @thyroidchor27

        I know that Kratom is a much healthier habit than ethanol consumption, but i'm just trying to find a way to get into kratom without too much of a financial loss. Propably that would have to require me to lower my food budget and spend less on food in order to be able to spend some money on kratom šŸ¤”
