How do I use it?

Do I just drop it under my tounge sublingually and then swallow it after a few minutes?

Or do I just drop it in a glass of water and drink it ?

Nutrition wise propably yes. But the financial stress of buying goat milk would make it anti metabolic for me. Goat milk is 3 times more expensive than cow milk from what i've seen.

What pregnenolone product are you taking?

I read on the ingredients of NOW Foods Advanced Gamma E complex that this vitamin E supplement contains rice bran oil (a high PUFA oil)

"Other Ingredients: Softgel Capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water, carob] and Rice Bran Oil. Contains soy."
