I tried searching but found many diffrent options. Do you have the brand name or link to the pregnenolone product you're using?

Nutrition wise propably yes. But the financial stress of buying goat milk would make it anti metabolic for me. Goat milk is 3 times more expensive than cow milk from what i've seen.

What pregnenolone product are you taking?

I read on the ingredients of NOW Foods Advanced Gamma E complex that this vitamin E supplement contains rice bran oil (a high PUFA oil)

"Other Ingredients: Softgel Capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water, carob] and Rice Bran Oil. Contains soy."

@LucH I'm not good at formulating sentences. So i'm afraid that low effort posts is all I can do for the most part.

I'm also intrested in taking vitamin C because Linus Pauling said its protective against cardiovascular disease.

How long has he been eating a low carb diet? Chronically high cortisol from eating a low carb diet is sufficient to cause rapid aging.
