Can SSRI’s/Serotonin be transmitted through saliva?

Recently developed a lot of strange symptoms such as occasional ED, worsening of Varicocele/testicular pain, clear watery ejaculate, and general decline in mood and quality of life. To me, these all seem like symptoms of high serotonin, and I can’t help but think they are being caused by daily kissing of my girlfriend who takes SSRI’s (sertraline). Is anybody familiar with this? I own cyproheptadine but stopped taking it recently as I’m not sure it’s great to take long term. I am also in the process of quitting thyroid supplementation, maybe this is contributing? Thanks in advance
