Hiatal hernia gastritis and duodenitis

@retard
Hi,
How IS your cardia muscle? Fonctional? It's situated at thé upperside of the stomach. -
@LucH I don't know. How can I determine?
-
@retard Have you ever had heart palpitations?
Increasing intake of salt and electrolytes and taking progesterone helped me with similar digestive issues. I've heard some people have good results from famotidine and taurine as well.
-
@herayclitus I don't think so, but it feels hard to breathe when my stomach is full. I've tried these without success.

f you have an acid reflux when you eat 200 ml of tomato sauce or chocolate, it is because the tone of the cardia muscle is insufficient. But enhancing the acid problem can be remedied by optimizing the digestive process. For example, if it takes a long time to digest a meal with 150 gr of beef steak. In the latter case Betaine HCL 1x/day, preferably at midday. Between midday and 2:30 p.m. gastric secretion is optimal.
When I have difficulty digesting a fatty meal, I take 1 enzyme caps. Enzymedica lipogold.
You must also apply the 2/3 and 1/3 rule with proteins and starchy foods, or the opposite. pH question for digestive enzymes. -
@LucH I have acid reflux at all times, no matter what I eat. Zero fat, with digestive enzymes, does not matter.
