I've been taking T3 (Cynomel) for almost 4 weeks now. I'm currently taking a quarter of a Cynomel at a time so ~6mcg. I take them around 3-4 hours apart.

When I take it my temperature increases and there's a good feeling in my chest. But it seems like this effect is more short lived everyday.

Should I take more, or take it more often? I'm already taking two grains a day, sometimes more. Or does this indicate some other problem?

@scamp T3 is quick acting and has a short half life. T4 release slowly and has a lower half life. I would recomend adding some T4 to your regimen
