CO2 gas sources

Peatler talked about making some sort of bed canopy where CO2 could naturally accumulate during sleep. Other option would be to sleep near pets or other people

@brad good to know, I have some small CO2 cannisters for my soda stream but I'd prefer to keep them intact. sadly the balneotherapeutic option isn't available to me because the bathtub in the house I'm renting leaks like a butchered eunuch's urethra. Hopefully this Mr Mercola guy will weigh in

I’m trying to build a co2 chamber using dry ice, water, a storage bin, and a barber’s cape.
I settled on dry ice because I couldn’t find some kind of regulator and nozzle sytem that I can just dispense carbonated water with.

@CatlikeLantern definitely post results once you can test it out, I've been thinking of buying a medium sized kiddy pool for my back yard for baking soda + epsom salt + aspirin + caffeine baths

These basic items will allow you to slowly dispense CO2. You can hold the tube up to your mouth and let the CO2 mix with ambient air to get a nice high altitude mixture going. Sit and relax, breath the mixture for an extended period of time and feel your tissue acidify and NO / lactic acid / serotonin mobilize and eliminate from your tissue.
If you want to easily make carbonated water, the SodaStream AquaFizz and an adapter make it cheap and easy.
To dissolve the most CO2 in your water, cool the water to just above freezing before adding CO2.

I went to an Airgas store nearby and bought a 20 gallon tank with a regulator. Home brewing stores also sell them
-
I cut a whole in a bottle and then just breath into it for a while

@Mercola-Anal-CO2 tvym mr anal co2, I have the non-carafe soda stream

Hit up a local welding supply shop and ask for a canister of pure CO2. I do the same for O2 for my ozone generator. Always good to help out a local business in this shitty economy.
