Glysophate replaces glycine in tissue

We are aging at a higher speed than ever due to herbicides like glyphosate.
Glyphosate replaces glycine in the tissue, destroying the elastic bond between cells

@Serotoninskeptic So we need to be supplementing glycine, either in powder form or even better, from cooking collagen rich cuts of meat and bones into soups and broths to get that gelatin rich broth.
Also start avoiding commercial produce as much as possible, buy from farmers markets, buy organic, or grow it yourself. Homegrown veggies ftw.

@Hearthfire Ive been eating a serving of glycine rich meat/broth everyday now and it feels great

@Serotoninskeptic What are some of your favorite sources?

I went through a 1.5 lb collagen powder tub from Costco a while back. I would just heat it up in some chicken broth. I think it helped a lot with healing from an injury I had.
This time I'll probably just go with a gelatin powder that's used for cooking, they're way cheaper on Amazon for a 1.5 to 2.0 lb tub. The collagen supplement prices are way jacked up. And I'll probably grab some glycine powder from Bulk Supplements as well, have used them a few times for various supps.

@mexican_coke_fan Bone broth, oxtail, or homemade gummies from pasture-raised gelatin powder and fruit juice

@Hearthfire Yes i use gelatin powder from amazon. Perfect supplements i think is the brand. Works great

post a single paper/experiment proving glyphosate subs for glycine, ever, anywhere. there is a study showing it doesnt
samsel and seneff wrote the paper published in 2016 with the theory it does but then havent yet tested it. yet someone else did on a human breast cancer cell and there was no proof of glycine substitution
glyphosate is known to cause liver and kidney effects in rats at doses people would get from the environment though. and workers exposed to it in central america have developed kidney problems
