I do daily oil pulls as part of my mouthcare routine, with coconut MCT oil. My sink however has become slow to drain, I am unsure how to remedy this without toxic chemicals but would like a fully functioning sink again, and would like to continue oil pulling. any ideas of fixing this? also am i retarded for spitting oil down the sink?

@Cearrson main advice when you search up oil pull is to not spit it down the drain cause it will clog it up

A couple of boiling kettles down the drain help me get rid of most if not all of it.

Agreed here. You can also pre-soften the drain and preheat the entire length of pipes by first running the hot water for a minute. Allow that to fully drain, then a couple of kettles of boiling water. 5 or 10 minutes later you can followup with another minute or two of hot water to make sure none of the oil residuals remain in the basement pipes. If it finds a cold spot it'll re-coagulate there. -

How much caffeine is too much for a pregnant woman? I'm scared this might have happened to me, although I was born normal, it could have affected my brain.
