How would you come off of TRT without PCT?
-
I'm coming off TRT soon, and wanted to gauge the forum's thoughts. I do not want to use a PCT, as I have done that once and fucking hated it.
I'm thinking peaty diet, panterstone, gonadin.. maybe androsterone? kuionone? Definitely vitamin E and B6 too.
And other peaty supps as well like niacinamide, aspirin, B1, etc.
What do you guys think?
What's the timeline look like?
(On Testosterone cypionate for 2 years, pct'd in may, went back on in june like a dumbass, been on 5 months since, going off in a week)
5'11 15% BF, 21 years old (I know)
Bloodwork is honestly fine and optimal for coming off. TSH <2, PTH Low, nothing stands out
Helo?

@hcwilliams how's your lutenizing hormone?

@hcwilliams Well its at zero, because I am suppressed.

Since speaking with Danny himself, I think thyroid would be the best application in restoring testosterone levels and gonadotropins. I will add 100mg pregnenolone and 5mg DHEA per Ray. I might try some idea labs products down the road as well. Still Peaty diet, Vitamin A,D,E,K, B6, Magnesium, some Taurine. Also BCAAs with meals to limit tryptophan.
Been 5 days since last injection. E2 and serotonin notably still high.

@hcwilliams You could try tribulus terrestris. It is known to decrease elevated prolactin, increase DHT levels and does not raise estrogen.
Perhaps also look into stronger dopamine agonists/serotonin antagonists such as the beta cabergolines or their derivatives such as lisuride, 9 me-bc, bromocriptine.
To get estrogen under control I think androsterone is a good option.

Sounds good.

I would also add some Aspirin (plus K2-mk4) to the mix, which should help lower serotonin and E2 levels. And also "refresh the pipes"...
