Can you trust Gemini, Google's AI on Serotonin
-
Last night, I was on the 2nd night of not being able to sleep.
I have a supply of fennel seeds, and tried chewing on a spoonful of seeds, on the strength of hasty online research, as I got the impression cheesing on it would me sleep.
To my surprise, it succeeded in making me sleep.
This afternoon, I wanted to verify further whether fennel seeds really is anti- serotonin.
And Gemini told me it has tryptophan, and has serotonin. The implication is it would not help me sleep.
So should I trust experience or Google's AI?
I really needed an honest answer, as my recovery after overdosing on methylene blue, so I can proceed to my goal of fixing my lungs from hardness of breathing, which is the first step I need to be able to rely on my innate immune system's phagocytes (neutrophils and macrophages) to destroy heavy metals (both iron and lead) with the aid of an effective chelator (Emeramide). Since phagocytes need respiratory burst to be able to produce ROS to eat up the heavy metals, and respiratory burst uses up a lot of oxygen, I would need to have a strong set of lungs to provide a good supply of oxygen to support the phagocytic respiratory burst action), otherwise the high demand for oxygen in respiratory burst action would cause me to run out of oxygen- and cause me to be sent to the ER.
Thanks. And if you have any info anti-serotonin substances other than Cyproheptadine, kindly pass on.
Some more info: MB destroys or neutralizes the carbon monoxide(CO) or counters it's action. CO and iron is released by the enzyme heme oxygenase from breaking down red blood cells.

I'm not able to use fennel seeds to make me sleep. I may have to use a lower dose of mb to keep it from having a strong serotogenic effect.
Not getting enough good sleep will just make it hard for me to get energy to handle this project. As it demands flawless design and execution. And I find myself dozing off when I so research and plan next steps.

Since mainstream believes serotonin is good the AI will also believe that it is.
Passionflower tea was good for me but if you overdose it you will get interrupted sleep. Try a teaspoon of baking soda as well. Cut internet use 2 hours before sleep and block blue light.

@Kilgore That was the exact same though process I had that led me to ask. Thanks
