@LucH I automatically track calories and for the most part remember everything I eat. I pull back on sugar because it stimulates my appetite.
Do you feel the lowered temperatures etc is more harmful than the benefits of being at an ideal weight?

I'm hoping exercise will prevent any permanent metabolic damage. It's a risk from my reading
I could maintain a higher temperature if I lose the weight slower but then I need to diet for longer and I want to stop dieting and eat a normal amount.

If low temp can't be changed yes.
