        @NoeticJuice
        While taking Passionflower were you also on any medications?
        I recently reduced my SSRI to half of the dose when it was at maximum. I've noticed a few months later that my anxiety levels do spike more frequently. Sometimes while waking up after not having eating in a while.

        I imagine supplements work better if you haven't been on medication.

            @pondfountain I honestly have stopped taking anything for my ocd. I just need to learn to accept my thoughts as thoughts. OCD is similar in schizophernia to my opnion because you can have delusional thoughts but you belive them as true and shape your reality. Lately ive had an obssesion were I feel like I have to pee 24/7. Literally psychosomatic. I thought I had diabetes for a while and my doc said not traditional diabetes but maybe diabetes inspidus (water diabetes) which can either be caused by tumors or mental illines i.e scchizophernia or OCD. It is brutal but I cant use a life long crutch I hae to face my demons so I can stop being controlled by fear and accept uncertainty.
