RE: Thyroid therapy censorship
I remember Danny Roddy recommending alternatives to evernote but his recommendations were all proprietary as well.
This is a bit worrying as you always need to make your own backups of anything published but if you backups are beholden to other companies those are also at risk

RE: Thyroid therapy censorship
@BroJonas unfortunate to hear about this. Many people seem to get irritated at hearing an alternative perspective which leads to labeling dissent as misinformation.

Phytoestrogen
For many vegetables I'm aware the cooking is required for removing phytoestrogen and phytotoxins. But for smoothies like green machine does the blending and combination of ingredients do anything to offset negative effects of these toxins? I remember seeing kale and spinach being ingredients but not sure if they are cooked properly.

RE: Can PUFAs be absorbed through the skin?
@Ena
I use coconut oil for body moisturizing. Eczema symptoms gave gone down a lot but not completely eliminated. Still the best effect I've gotten from anything else I've tried. -
RE: How Much Incandescent Red Light Exposure?
Would a heat lamp give good red light or incandescent radiation exposure while also acting as a space heater? idk if it is adequate but may be a good way to cut down electricity cost of heating while also getting light if it would work.

Skin care cont.
Re: What Skincare do y'all use?
For face I think squalane oil followed by saturee or shea butter.
For body coconut oil.
Saturee is very solid/thick so doesn't spread easily, so I think if applying mainstream application technique it would be squalane first then the shea butter or saturee. Saturee has more ingredients and is more expensive so shea butter is probably a decent alternative.
Currently my concern is whether applying oil to skin can atrophy natural production or if it doesn't have that effect.
Saturee is pretty expensive but if you're transitioning from Korean skincare you would be spending the same or less by switching.

RE: Temperature measurement
@Rah1woot the video recording to view the relaxation reaction speed sounds like a really good idea, more data points sounds better than less

RE: Temperature measurement
@Rah1woot thanks for the info, that does seem like a good measurement in terms of progress and effects of actions. Still looking for a way to Guage my current starting point though.

Temperature measurement
Re: Braun in-ear thermometer measurement?
I'm finding variance between thermometer measurements for under arm measurement. How can I figure out my correct temp, what methods do you use? Different brands and models can range between 1 and 3 degrees in reading which would be enough to say hypothyroidism or not based on the basal temp criteria.
