I use Dr. Bronners to shave my face. Im pretty careful with cosmetic products and soaps bc of acne, and whenever I use some stearic acid or tallow i always breakout.
Bronners works well though.

About 16 years ago when my spine collapsed and I was relearning how to walk, I joined the Y down the street from me to use their pool as part of my rehabilitation and they had a climbing gym that they had recently built. I’m not sure if they still do this but at the time, the Y gave a discount on membership fees for those who were disabled and low income.

Yes but I vary. I give examples for 2 kinds of use:

Smoothie: often with 50 g of lamb lettuce (mâche in French). Interesting for the velvety taste + the brassicae family (detox). From time to time, I vary with small raw spinach leaves. 2 big handfuls of leaves mashed potato with frozen spinach or small broccoli flowers. Once a week for each (2x portions). I add one onion, lightly fried in coco oil + 1 or 2 tsp butter and 1 egg.
