@Him
Like a fursuit? Maybe the furries have developed this tech already, they have a lot of engineers. I'm not involed in that community but that would be one of the places I'd look for such a suit.

RE: So did anyone try the D/K on the penis
@nicemushroom17
I think this would be the meta if tallow already has vitamin D and K.Side note I talked to a trans who said that penis color being darker is due to cells being stretched and they noticed their color being lighter after they stopped getting erections.
edit: can you also include the products you use for vit e oil?

RE: Passionflower and OCD: personal experiences
@NoeticJuice
While taking Passionflower were you also on any medications?
I recently reduced my SSRI to half of the dose when it was at maximum. I've noticed a few months later that my anxiety levels do spike more frequently. Sometimes while waking up after not having eating in a while.I imagine supplements work better if you haven't been on medication.

Ray peat mentioned on /x/
In one of the LOA (Law of Assumption) threads someone was posting pics and talking about trying to manifest a better body. People were telling him to restrict caloric intake and work out, someone said he didn't have to do that and should "look up Ray Peat".

RE: Apple Cider Vinegar for Digestion
@Lothric
Currently I use a bit of apple cider vinegar on shredded carrots. I haven't been adding coconut oil to make the carrot salad because I haven't enjoyed the texture/taste so I do coconut oil swish beforehand.Are you experiencing this with all foods or just certain ones?

How about combining vitamin E with tiny amount of beef tallow? Maybe this concoction can work:
Vitamine e oil as the main lube/carrier, small bit of beef tallow, few drops of vitamin d, maybe drink milk afterwards.@LetTheRedeemed
There's also the concern over vitamin K which is needed to balance vitamin D. If the milk is full fat it should have vitamin K2, I wonder if K1 is needed as well -

@nicemushroom17
Interesting, have you noticed any side effects? Do you think replacing lubricant with beef tallow would be viable? -

Would drinking milk at night be enough calcium? I'm wondering if enough vit k and calcium can be obtained from food to balance the vit d if only a vit d supplement is used. -
RE: So did anyone try the D/K on the penis
I attempted the topical route as Haidut suggested.
Basically used vitamin D/K oil as lube instead of lotion while masturbating.
Result was a very strong erection (essentially felt like maximum even if arousal isn't matching it),
It's possible maximum engorgement repeatedly could have a stretching effect but I don't know as I stopped after experiencing side effect.One possible confounding variable in the study could have been the lack of checking starting erection strength/quality of the participants where if they started with lower levels of overall hardness and increased with supplement caused the new measurements to be longer.
Side effect was racing heart rate afterwards making it difficult to fall asleep, main reason for stopping was because this didn't feel like it was a positive reaction.
Possible alterations to personal experiment could be using single drop with water based lube or lotion (lower dose rather than 1 or 2 dropperfuls of D/K oil)
Product used was Liquid Vitamin D3 K2 10000 iu & 200 mcg - Vitamin D with MK7 Vitamin K2 Drops -
RE: Toning exercises
@Jennifer those definitely sound way more fun, thanks for the info! Do you have specific nutrition for before and after the activity?

Toning exercises
I'm curious if anyone has advice on healthy methods of body toning. While not opposed to having a little bit of muscle I'm trying to be lean and lose weight. I'm wondering if there are safe ways to do this without excessive cardio etc.

RE: Can PUFAs be absorbed through the skin?
@dapose This is a good point, for example coconut oil is comedogenic for some people and can cause acne if used on the face (for some no problems at all). It's really important to be aware of how your body reacts to things personally.
Edit:
Also wasn't previously aware prior to this thread that Lavender was estrogenic. I still have some epsom that has lavender in it but I figure I can dilute it with regular until it is used up and then not buy it again. -
thoughts on wireless power network?
apparently a startup is trying to complete Tesla's goal of a wireless power network. would actual long range wireless charging be detrimental, beneficial, or neutral if implemented?

RE: Cold shower/cold plunge?
@Luke
would you recommend the podcast for health information in general? -
RE: Cold shower/cold plunge?
@esotericizzy David Sinclair had been an advocate of cold temp exposure to develop brown adipose tissue and increase longevity. There are cold water baths that are supposedly good for you.
Personally I had to swim a lot as a child and most of the time the water was cold. I hated swimming in cold water and in adulthood am pretty adverse towards swimming in general, it is almost always gross and uncomfortable.
David Sinclair talks about hunker down genes being activated but that seems to contradict stress being an aging factor. As to whether the cortisol is worth it, I don't think it is, but maybe if you enjoy cold you won't get a cortisol response.

Acne scar healing
Over Thanksgiving I was visiting family for a few weeks and had a lot of pufa, had a few pimples and one on my nose had cut and started bleeding. I used neosporin anti itch/scar which have generally had good effects but some of the pimples have after sinking became dark colored.
Would progest e help with these as well?

I remember Danny Roddy recommending alternatives to evernote but his recommendations were all proprietary as well.
This is a bit worrying as you always need to make your own backups of anything published but if you backups are beholden to other companies those are also at risk
