When did you realize SolBrah was a grifting loser who makes stuff up to sell expensive shirts?
-
@Sugar like 4 years ago lol, around when he started selling stuff
-
@john he was stealing content before he started selling stuff. I'm just not sure how he gained so much influence on normies. No problem with the general population not eating sneed oils, but these people are still brainwashed in putting their bodies through pain with treadmills and bodybuilding instead of going on walks and just being skinny. I have more of affinity to skin health, anti aging, looksmaxxing as opposed to this big muscles = healthy.
-
You legitimately must be brain dead if you purchase an $80 solbrah t-shirt
-
@Hitler Yes, Hitler lmao
-
@john yeah 4 years ago probably around when he started selling his cook book which was just “toast some sourdough bread and put olive oil on it” or “fry an egg and put it on beef” for $70
-
@donovan I forgot about the cookbook honestly that was such a meme
-
@john "idk what to put here but you can google it"
-
@Sugar kek the salt has got to be the funniest grift, he just buys celtic salt in bulk, add in some electrolytes, slap in his brand name and put up a gorillion percent markup price, unbelievable that there are retards who fall for it.
-
Here are the salts he rebrands and marks ups the price on:
https://australianpuremagnesium.com/product/mineral-balance-electrolyte-salt/They are great salts for hydration but don’t buy from him.
-
First time I heard about him
-
what do people think his race is? seems half japanese to me. I think maori is unlikely
-
Ignoring overpriced cookbooks and the like, I think his influence is positive overall, he largely leans Peaty
-
@john Grifting and selling aren't the same thing, my friend John. SolBrah's sin is the fracturing of his identity to create an impersonal egregore. But by and large, he's a good individual.
-
When Sol Brah told me to google my own recipes I overcame my learned helplessness.
-
When his account was sold
-
He's done more to spread truth than nearly anyone in that sphear. If you actually bought any of his stuff idk what to tell you... it was obvious what he was doing ever since that cookbook & good for him lmao
-
@Moonstruck please talk more about this.
-
I had a dream recently that I ran into his PR teams and they spilled all the secrets. They even showed me a clip of him spitting out a chewed up raw steak.
But I had actually noticed recently in that cooking video he posted that he didn’t actually show a clip of him swallowing the bites of food he “ate” which tells you everything you need to know.
He also looks like a hapa tard. Could also be aussie uyghur diaspora. I’ve never liked him because of the griftiness.

-
@Moonstruck He still runs it.
I agree with @pilky that he probably has a positive influence. There is so much propaganda for enervating food and products, when someone promotes natural, life affirming things like him and has broad success I'm glad to see it.
