Fibrous Papules / fibrotic tissue reversal Suggestions?

What substance/topical/drug would you suggest for fibrotic/unregulated collagen development in the skin? I’m about at a loss.
I’ve seen good about progesterone, but I don’t know if Ray’s pause of applying it directly to a mole lest it grow, applies here (I know a mole is not fibrous but idk).

one down.…I endured a stress like never before for about a year in 2023-2024… in spite of doing everything right dietarily, I experienced several degenerative symptoms — one being this.

The most impactful compound by far has been panquinone from idealabs — thanks Georgi!
In a matter of two days it shrank significantly and softened up. Will update the progress in a few weeks.
