Aspirin tips

I eat oysters and shrimp multiple times a week. Not sure what sea fruit is. I don’t really eat fish outside of that.
OK, fine. You don't lack iodine. Great.
However in USA people are surrounded by bromine (bread, salt, delayed fire carpets and curtains). If so, brome takes the place of iodine on your thyroid.
For other readers: Bringing T3 and / or T4, without iodine from I2 and IK, won't resolve metabolism problems, especially for women (breast). -
@Corngold Thanks so much! I'll try that! I actually have some calcium chloride (liquid) on the way, so maybe that can provide the same buffering effect.

yes and as LucH said, maybe don't use aspirin for depression. It's good for pain relief, blood flow, and so many other things.https://x.com/celestialbe1ng/status/1877339823691686310/photo/1
Aspirin dosage guide...lower doses from 100-300mg can be enough to help metabolism while high dosages into several grams Peat talked about helping with cancer or big issues. I will also just mention that 600mg-1.5g is effective helping bad digestion from pufa and other pufa side effects after holiday meals or when I occasionally eat something like Chinese or fried stuff, not to mention hangovers from rare occasions when I drink.

It took me years to find a way that I could take aspirin and my gut tolerate it.
The only way for me is to mix it into mash potato.I use the mash as a vessel for aspirin and lots of salt. It makes me feel great and doesn't upset my stomach. Adding some fat- coconutoil or cream to the potato mash also lessens the bacterial proliferation from the starch.
I do wonder if the Aspirin gets soaked up in the starch and taken further down the gut than usual digestion of aspirin dissolved in water.
I also put large doses of vitamin k and coconut oil onto my skin to avoid deffiency.

+1 on the 2:1 aspirin to glycine ratio.
Also, When vit K isn't helping, you likely are way under consuming the K.
Also, I found more than a pinch of baking soda can be necessary for the aspirin. If you use enough baking soda it can actually taste good!
-
@Meeka Thanks for this. Mixing it with glycine seems to help! I did experience some gastric bleeding, but no flare-up. I probably just needed to take it with a larger meal.
-
@BigBeansMcGee Going to try this! I had some with some glycine in water. I didn't experience a flare-up, but it did cause my stomach to bleed. That was pretty painful, lol.
Thank you! -
@LetTheRedeemed The K helps reduce blood thinning, but can it also help prevent gastric bleeding?

No. Need a thicker coat (mucin). With L-glutamin. Glycine or collagen required to dampen the excito-toxicity.
NB: Vit K1 is however helping in platelet aggregation; so it helps a bit to limit the problem but not to prevent it. -
@LucH interesting. B1 can also help heal lining, correct?
