Ray Peat and h pylori
-
Can anyone please send me a link where Peat talks about h pylori? I want to read his words/views on it. His website is hard to use, with no search bar, etc. Maybe there's no info online but rather in a book by him?
Thanks -

Against H pylori
10 000 UI vitamin D3 (with K2 the meal before, with fat)
The effect of vitamin D deficiency on eradication rates of Helicobacter and pylori infection

Vitamin C
Mind enough iron and zinc
After antibiotic
Lactobacillus casei was identified as the most effective for H. pylori eradication (P = 0.84), and a multi-strain combination of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactoba-cillus rhamnosus was effective for reducing total side effects.
Green tea has a bactericidal effect on actively growing Helicobacter felis and Helicobacter pylori. 2 cups a day.
Note: Combining different antibiotics with bismuth can significantly increase the eradication rate of H. pylori. No PPI advised. Your doctor will probably prescribe two antibiotics to keep the bacteria from building up a resistance to a particular one. Amoxicillin, clarithromycin (Biaxin), metronidazole (Flagyl), tetracycline (Sumycin), or tinidazole (Tindamax) are likely options.
Histamine (H-2) blockers: These block the chemical histamine, which prompts your stomach to make more acid. H-2 blockers are only used when you can't take PPIs or bismuth.

A 1-week course of famotidine, amoxicillin and clarithromycin is a highly effective, simple and safe eradication regimen.
No need to go there. See the last link for direct sight.

@dizzle101 has sent the best link. Peatbot.com is another resource that might be helpful as well. AI stitches together the pieces and helps make sense of it all.
Peatbot.com: To treat H. pylori, Ray Peat suggests using antibiotics such as clarithromycin or erythromycin, and pen-V-K or amoxicillin. Additionally, olive oil has been noted for its potential effectiveness. A study by Medina et al. indicated that virgin olive oil has a bactericidal effect against H. pylori due to certain phenolic compounds. In clinical trials, virgin olive oil showed moderate effectiveness in eradicating H. pylori, although further studies are needed to confirm these findings. It's important to follow a treatment plan for a sufficient duration, typically two to three weeks, to ensure effectiveness.
