Why didn't Peating™ work for Charlie of the Ray Peat Forum dot com?

You wanted to know why it doesn't work for you.

why? coz he lives in Costa Rica or something? That environment would probably do a lot of people good. Stress relief, fruit, sun, etc.

I do like his anti-exercise ideology, it seems basically correct.

He low-key is quite Peaty though, given his advocacy of organ meats, oysters and eggs, plus fruits and fruit juices. He used to reference Peat in his earlier videos.

The differences are what he learned from Aajonus Vonderplanitz, namely that meat must be raw, that salt is bad and coffee is bad.

Plus his own unique addition, which is the importance of blood.

Meat has been cooked throughout human history. Probably some exceptions but even the earliest recipes involve barbecue. Salt has always been a nutrient involved in food and is necessary. Coffee is great.

Importance of blood in what sense?

The importance of drinking blood. He says that is what humans would naturally drink in Nature, and when we like red foods and drinks, it is really us subconsciously craving blood.

I guess I'm the idiot here - I don't know who this fellow is. But I think blood cravings - if we have them - are satisfied through meat.
