      @Atlas Tesco also has great grano padano under their own name brand. Their brie is also really nice.

      I'd also like to find a cheap source of aspirin without any nonsense added, although to be honest I don't feel any issues with the supermarket stuff.

        Lads I advise getting a cheap flight to Eastern Europe and buy boxes of Bayer’s Aspirin there. Nothing in the UK is any good.

        As for OJ, I’ve found that in winter batches vary week by week. Waitrose box of clementines/tangerines are on sale often and always ripe, much more reliable. Their freshly squeezed OJ is expensive but sweet most of the time- you can also see the condiments fall to the bottom, which Peat said is a sign of fresh oranges that don’t have Citric acid added.

          I've bought Aniprin P, pure 'multi-species' aspirin, from eBay a couple of times now. Ships from America, arrives quickly though, with shipping included it's ~£25-30 iirc. I haven't properly done the maths but think it works out slightly cheaper per gram than buy it from boots or whatever. I mostly get it for convenience and no fillers. I think the boots and Waitrose aspirin have the least additives though. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/193968271785

              @jhp "multi species" on the label is hilarious. No customs issues?

                  The Balance Body and Mind Shop sells a bunch of peaty supplements and progest-e. I buy my progest-e there since it's easier than getting it direct from the states:

                        @brenn

                        you aren't getting that in the UK nor will you be able to import it. More than likely you will have to get somebody say in the US to take the shipment, then ship that to you. That's what i had to do anyways. I bought Haidut's Tyromax once and that did make it through customs(it was crap though IMHO), but most vendors in Europe and the US will not ship NDT to the UK

                        I agree with the other guy though..the quality of supplements in the UK is pretty much trash sans a few companies here and there. Most of them wont even supply CAS reports when asked for them, despite making claims about third party lab tests..all bullshit and the FSA doesn't care as long as they aren't making drug claims. Because of that i tend to just buy things from outside the UK. Nootropics Depot cannot be beaten on quality anywhere in the world for most supplements(they don't sell NDT though) for everything else i do my homework and shop around, but almost none of it comes from within the UK

                        That's what i buy. Never had an issue with it and i've been taking it for over 2 years.

                            Any recommendations on low excipient magnesium glycinate tablets? I don't want powder because the smell and taste is abominable.
