@CO2-Maxi that's great, and go for it. For me, life is too short and I have many projects to focus on. @Ecstatic_Hamster Understood. It's definitely a commitment, but after I got the routine down, it's been on auto-pilot. Once the glans, mucosa, and sulcus re-sensitizes, you really want to keep it from rubbing on anything.

@CO2-Maxi I take 20mg k2 a day. Not vitamin D tough. Do you take 50000IU of VitD a day? Isnt that kinda dangerous? What does one have to watch out for if they take that much?

@Kilgore No I didn't take that much D. More like 5-7000 IU as Georgi suggested in his post referencing the study. I think he said he knew some guys personally who also had gains. The notch on my wooden ruler didn't lie and it was clearly a 1 cm improvement.
