I've previously had some success with a T4 supplement and decided to try out Cynoplus, since I heard that the effects would be significantly better than other over the counter thyroid supplements. Long story short, I took a quarter tablet for about 2 months without any major effects and after I had some bloodwork done my TSH had gone to 0. There are a few factors here that I feel might play a role in this, from lower metabolism in winter, my eating habits and general health not being too well in that time or simply taking too large a dose. Theres also the possbility that my problems aren't thyroid based, since I definitely struggle more with digestive problems. How do I proceed from here? I assume it could be linked to micronutrient deficiency, but would that explain my body not producing its own hormones?

when you take thyroid your body stops producing tsh.

it's a normal occurrence, what's the problem here?

@yeyo12 I thought exogenous thyroid was supposed to lower TSH to 0.5-1 while maintaining some hormone production by the body. I didn't intend to fully replace my thyroids function.

@adrn100k Maybe testing again would have a different reading of TSH.

How’s the temp and pulse tho?
