I return to this post after having some thinking and experimentation. Preliminary conclusions follow.

Nietzsche believed in the power of semen as one of the most vital nourishments for the ubermensch.

Nietzsche was also an incredibly sickly man who died very insane. In my opinion, the semen fascination seems to be the concept mostly of malnourished peasant classes, and the view is today expressed most vigorously in places like India, where vegetarianism predominates.

If sex is considered to be only a matter of reproduction, or alienated "pleasure", it would probably be true that it shouldn't be done frivolously, or on the basis of "sole" desire. Ironically, this view is incredibly sterile in how it goes against the material basis of the life process, as a stretching out into possibility, futurity, and The Other of the world itself, as well as the ability of matter to correctly judge and understand the world.

But it seems that the purpose of sex extends beyond mere reproduction. People stuck thinking along the lines of darwinian reproductive success have to grapple with problems like why females have orgasms at all (and vigorously at that), implicitly tying the orgasm exactly to the ejaculation.

The genitals have a high-bandwidth connection to one end of spinal cord. At the very other end of the spinal cord is none other than the brain. Along it run connections to the main body of the organs and limbs, i.e., the meat of our ability to influence and be present in the world. If we imagine this antenna-like structure to have a form of resonance, in turn "aligning" cells to its emissions, impulses running along its entire length would have a greater ability to do this. Thus the act serves to synchronize cells. When the glans makes contact with cervical fornices, with a nice level of wetness for electrical connectivity, the overall length of the antenna is increased, perhaps even along the length of two spinal cords. This is why sodomy is bad and why jorking it often feels terrible.

Personally, beef liver has made me much better at not feeling drained and tired after sex.

I've tried non-ejaculatory sex a bit but found it unsatisfying. Maybe I should investigate that again.

tldr, have sex a normal amount. It's clearly good for you in moderation, at least after reproductive maturity occurs due to stressful conditions.

Sexless people are, as a rule, unhappy, or sick.

There is a bit more nuance to your rule than explained.

@Mallard6146 I think it fairly well understood on this forum that sexual maturity (especially early) tends to be the result of life stressors, which at this time, appear to be largely unavoidable in the world. Immortality would probably mean a much later sexual maturity, if ever. And it's also clear that hypersexual people aren't healthy. Perhaps unable to reach satisfaction (synchronization?) due to a bad hormonal situation. Not unlike some drug users they are desperately trying to reach out for this thing with some relatively positive consequences in order to feel better, although with an overall negative result. Local optimum.

There is no flowchart yet, but it's clear to me that the answer to OP's question swings towards "have sex", especially "good".
