Does anyone have any experience with nuking visible blood vessels in your eyes? Mine is really only my right eye and is worse when wearing contacts. My left eye is milky white.

I have tried liver cleansing supplements such as Milk Thistle, TUDCA, and the usual aspirin, thyroid, ADEK, etc.

Saw a post on the old forum about quitting mag and B vitamins for awhile cleared his up in about 2 weeks. Trying that currently.

@onliest redlight, not near or far infrared, just led red lights, directed at the eyes for about 20 seconds. Take some time in between “reps” but I am able to repeat this as necessary. Nice clear whites of your eyes, and slight vision improvement is what I get from it, (YMMV).

@DannyRocket ehhh not really. Taking astaxanthin with slight improvement. It seems to be worse when I take antihistamines which is puzzling

@evan-hinkle I do use red light and blue light blockers frequently. Can't say they've made much of a difference. I'm wondering if the Italian Ribolisin eyedrops would help
