I am warm currently. Not well, but I am warm. The hand issue gets worse when I am warm (glycolysis) but when I get colder (mineral depletion I assume) it goes away. My feet have been getting worse, first time I see white patches…

Your tongue seems uniformly white pale. Not sure with the light exposition.
Compare with a overloaded tongue with white streaks (lines or spots) (google search).
Make the following test: Spit in a glass of water and take a photo after 10-15'' (seconds) to see if it floats or plunges (filaments). -
