Yellow fever vaccination

I'm planning to travel to a country mandating the yellow fever vaccination. I don't want to get it but I'm considering it. It doesn't seem as bad as the mRNA ones. What do you guys think? And you will only need it once and it should last forever for all countries.
Whats best to mitigate the damage from it and to support the immune system? Activated charcoal maybe? Which version of the vaccine is the least damaging?

What country, are you nervous about it, do mosquitos bother you, why are you running, how's your courage.
Obviously I'm just wondering. Nothing to do with yellow fever.
