      For the benefit of those who aren't already aware:

      High levels of serotonin are detrimental to the bones by increasing risks of fracture.

      The observations that deletion of the Tph1 gene in osteoblasts or treatment with a Tph1 antagonist results in decreased serum serotonin and increased trabecular bone mass due to increased bone formation3, 5 further suggest that serotonin is a negative regulator of bone mass, although these observations were not made in another study

      Personal observation is that after a while of peating bones became considerably thicker and denser.

        extremely real, my skull and bone all became thicker when i first started peating.
