im not sure what’s going on… but lately at every meal… it doesnt matter if its breakfast lunch or dinner… i end up binge eating and getting uncomfortable stomachaches…

even if i dont have much of an appetite… just eating something small would trigger a binge response… and its not so much an issue of eating a lot of one thing but more so eating a bit of SO many different things… my meal ends up being a little bit of over 10-20 foods and it really messes my gut and digestion up… i never feel good after meals… everything makes me feel sick but i keep at it anyways

does anyone have any thoughts about why this might be happening and/or suggestions? it’s reached a point where im getting really anxious everytime im about to eat… because its a very unpleasant experience

i wish i could feel satisfied and good after a meal… i also think one of the reasons i keep eating so many different things is because i never really know what i should be eating… i dont know… im really overwhelmed by food and making decisions around it and just want to strip away the noise… but i dont know how… a meal plan? im not sure…

@Tarzan17 I would suggest only low fat milk and fruit/sugar for 2-3 days so all that food can get out of your digestion and you can test from 0 what foods you can digest well and what foods you can't.

After those 2-3 days start adding good amounts of salt for sodium and egg yolks for vitamin K2. You want to start you food palette at the minimum and expand from there, learning what you can and can't eat.

@Tarzan17 potatoes are extremely hard to overeat in my experience, maybe just try some potatoes with coconut oil and plenty of salt
