      Hello all, my name is Zach. I came across this forum after doing a rabbit hole search of my old threads on the very old ray peat forum. I found my name here on the rpf banned list and figured if join and say hi!

      I scrolled the users here and noticed a few names i recognized so this must be a decent place unlike the fascist regime at the now toxinless forums or whatever its called.

      To be honest after my ban i kind of just left the healthsphere and while i still studied and indulged in weird diet things, i lost contact with everyone i had known on the few forums i posted on. Life moved on.

      But now The Sugar Diet(!) has exploded onto the internet, and it brought back fond memories of my days experimenting with the zero fat diet.

      Im back to experiment again, so maybe ill start a thread here and chronicle my journey and share my ideas and thoughts and plans. Maybe.

      Anyway, hello!

        @Zachs Did you once post that ice cream was an ideal fuel? I think I remember such a post. How much fat are you eating now?

        Also, welcome! This place could always use some more of the oldschool rpf posters. ☕

          @Milk-Destroyer

          That sure sounds like me. I ate a pint of ice cream a day for many years!

          I honestly dont know macros, i eat a lot of full fat dairy, especially butter and a decent amount of meat, mainly bison and maybe 4-6 eggs a day. I dont get much fat from other sources.

                    @Zachs Looking forward to updates, experiments can be fun, and walking (lots) is awesome too 🔬 🚶

                    It takes a wabi heart to recognise sabi beauty.

                    wabi-sabi reminds you that life is fragile and temporary, it is as impermanent as anything else in nature, so why not give yourself permission to be just that, yourself?
