I know in this forum many are striving for foreskin regeneration, but what about those with the opposite problem?

Maybe the unlicensed gyno surgeon could expand its expertise?

kind of a weird topic but you can stretch it out over time basically the same way people restore their foreskin

@ah Nope not so easy. People think this is the case, but in most cases of phimosis there is also a really tight frenulum which can not be stretched. Requires surgery in most cases.

@bruh I can assure you it's real. Many have that as children, but it should go away, to some it doesn't.

I don't think just stretching is enough as @ah suggested 😞

I asked a family friend who has been a urologic surgeon for 50 years and they mentioned cortisone cream and 10x sets of 30 second gently stretching the foreskin a day. For a maximum of 2-3 weeks.

Stretching without the cortisone cream is pointless.

If that doesn't help, surgery is the only option.

@deliciousowl I have seen on pubmed that they only do this on children, did your friend mention anything about that? Thank you

I have phimosis, but over the last few years (of Peating, although that could be coincidence), it has gotten better. I do not get hurt so easily during sex. But that was after many times of having the foreskin basically get painfully stuck down on the shaft during sex, which probably stretched it out.
