Does anybody keep up with Frank these days? He's like this ex-carnivore who peaked a few years ago, I say a few, it was probably more like 5 or 6 years ago. But he intially gave up carnivore and is now eating this really weird bread based diet. I don't know what else to call it, lol. It's just bread and other "white colored" stuff. Like white beans, white tomatoes, white carrots, a little bit of meat. He mentioned in one of his more recent videos (past 6 months) he's concerned about copper toxicity. That combined with this fear of colored foods leads me to believe he got influenced by the poison A crowd.

Anyways, that's not exactly the main point I wanted to make. The dude's mental health has gone downhill...putting it lightly. Rapidly deteriorated would be more applicable. He's like constantly talking about the Illuminati. And not like the real British secret society formed in 1776 that has no power or relevance anymore. I'm talking about he just accuses random business owners (some Amish guy in particular) of being Illuminati. Also Paul Saladino and now various Judges and Lawyers now he's in legal trouble. Basically, anyone doing better than financially can't be due to them just running a superior business, it's because they're Illuminati. Or, if a court ruling goes against his way, it's because they're Illuminati. Even though he doesn't show up to his own hearings and gets defaulted judgement.

He has shown a remarkable schizo-like decline in mental health. And I can't help but think it's probably something environmental. Possibly avoiding vitamin A, copper, cholesterol too much? Or it might just be the stress of the business itself? Some people simply don't have what it takes to run successful businesses, it's a full time grind.

However, what is most disturbing is his plastic surgeries. It started out mild, like some barely noticeable jaw surgery or whatever. But fast forward and he got this really risky eye surgery that REALLY fucked him up. Pretty crazy too, because he was a good looking dude before that. The doctor that botched his surgery is now threatening to sue him (for defamation), and guess what, Frank thinks he's Illuminati lol.

For the past several months I kept up with the drama because I just thought it was good entertainment. Amazes me the type of personal stuff people will post to the world wide web about themselves. But here lately it feels like it's taken a darker turn. Like dude is on edge, I feel like he could harm himself, and others in his comments have echoed this sentiment from time to time. Anyways, here's his latest video talking about the cosmetic surgeon suing him. He seems at his wits end, hope he gets help. And he should probably close down the business. Like, dude just can't handle it. Always complaining about charge backs and stuff. And he posts his complaints, which makes people do more charge backs, lmao (internet is a cruel world).

@Kilgore Have you read any of the comments on his posts? There's trolls in there saying stuff like "Frankie your eyes are looking better, couple more surgeries and you'll be all good" 🤣

He's had like 8 or 9 or 10 eye surgeries already.

I haven't seen him yet with the new tattoo right over the thyroid. Ouch. Basically a suicidal gesture.

Probably the mental decline is related to whatever compelled him to get this surgery in the first place, an impulse only accelerated by having obviously screwed up eyes, rather than merely normal ones.

All the drugs given for the many surgeries probably don't help either. (Medical) Fentanyl, etc. Causes brain damage.

Postscript. Apparently his latest "orbital decompression" was given by a "Thyroid Eye" specialist, i.e., Grave's Disease. "Funny how that works".

@Rah1woot Yeah he definitely has body dysmorphia. But I also think he's kinda a hypochondriac too. He's been claiming he's had liver damage for like the past year. And all he based that on was a mildly elevated AST reading after coming off anabolic steroids. Pretty common.

@Rah1woot Very likely. He eats a lot of bread now. All that gluten and those legumes could be irritating his gut causing high serotonin surges.

@Mulloch94 new york is an epicenter of secret society activity and therefore someone feeling stressed and tangentinally in contact with them through the legal system can spiral pretty bad. frank seems like a doomer now, he should rescue himself with unrelenting positivity. creating fights that really don’t have any positive outcome or any good feelings or fun involved is pointless.

new york is also the site of one of the most impactful secret society rituals in the modern age, the destruction of the twin towers. to my knowledge the people who were essential to causing that to go off were mostly unpunished or even recognized as involved as criminals. they actually are more likely to be recognized as positive members of their community and industries.

in any case, living around there can probably be pretty stressful if someone knows stuff like that and doesn’t have a healthy way of knowing that stuff without spiralling.

I'm sure he's been on the negative end of favoritism before. That lawsuit with Paul, dude dug his own grave. There's simply no way Frank is raking in the same type of income Paul is. Even in Frank's heyday, it's nothing compared to Paul. I'm sure Paul hired a really top notch attorney who probably has good relations with many of the judges, prosecutors, cops, and whatever.

Who knows, a little push by somone with friends like that might be what got Franks business raided by the FDA. On that particular scenario, I'm actually on Frank's side. I think the FDA should stay out of people's food business. They've done essentially nothing useful to make food "safer." I can go to the store right now and pick up a container of FDA approved raw spinach and statistically have a greater chance catching food borne illness from eating that than drinking raw milk.

However all that being in mind, none of that has anything to do with the Illuminati (Which I mistakenly said yesterday was British. My bad it's actually German (Bavaria). You can tell by how he tries to accuse people. He literally starts attacking other businesses doing similar stuff as him, but they're just better at it than him. Instead of admitting he has a bad business model and needs to change things, he just concludes they must be part of some secret clique. And by "they" I mean literally ANYONE making more money than him, no mater how self-made or grassrooted that business is lol.

it's the curse of "lookism", believe me.

that's the foundation of his body dysmorphia. i've been there. it's a very bad spiral to be get into. he just never got out of it and did some crazy stuff to his body.

@Mulloch94 something real (being harassed by local freemasons) could have triggered him to spiral and accuse everyone of being secret society agents.

@sunsunsun Possibly, although it doesn't compute to me really. The whole freemason, cult of baphomet, Illuminati, etc. stuff really never hit hard for me. I think these groups are legit, but they're basically gentlemen clubs or sorority groups for the uber elite. Like skull & bones for the presidents, for example. They might have weird sex orgies, do a bunch of coke, and discuss public policy. But I don't think they're secretly running the show. And I don't think any plutocrat or otherwise high society folk give one iota about Frank Tufano.

It's basically like when Patrick Bateman in American Psycho was talking about Paul Allen. He said "He's apart of that Yale Thing." And the guy replied "What do you mean Yale Thing?" And he said "Well for one I think he was a closet homosexual who did a lot of cocaine....that Yale Thing." 🤣

Nah man, the really scary shit are the unelectable entities that keep turning despite public offices and public policy. And most of these aren't even speculation, we simply know they're real and what their intentions are. Raytheon, Langley, Fed Reserve, IMF, WEF, Climate Summit, United Nations. These are the guys that run the show.

I think it's interesting that he has a tattoo on his neck when in all his older videos he constantly threats over ever possible environmental toxin including having a house with a microwave in it.

@Milk-Destroyer He definitely has some weird "priorities" in his lifestyle protocols. Some of them kinda make sense, but most do not. I think he just hacks and takes shit from other people. The stuff he basically accuses others of doing.

He has the habit of always saying "I can't believe this person ripped off my idea, I was the first to ever do this." That attitude is what originally got him into trouble with Paul Saladino several years back. According to Frank Paul was allegedly endorsing the same ideas Frank was promoting, and he got on Joe Rogan's podcast. He had a round with Shawn Baker too, don't remember what that was about as much.

One time he even had the audacity to say he was the first person to spread carnivore diets. Patently false. Danny Roddy was carnivore back in like 2009, with a few others. They even had that forum called zeroing in on health, or something like that.

I think we may be in the final hours of his Youtube existence too. I mean he could make another account I guess, but that lawyer on his ass just recently got his TikTok removed, and according to this short he posted, it seems like the letter said all social media accounts would be removed. So who knows how long before the Youtube is removed.

Maybe all any of us need, to paraphrase Peat, is to go to the mountains and give up the worst foods, (eg those high in PUFA, iron, phosphorus,) or if we can’t, emulate a stimulating environment:
