@Mulloch94 new york is an epicenter of secret society activity and therefore someone feeling stressed and tangentinally in contact with them through the legal system can spiral pretty bad. frank seems like a doomer now, he should rescue himself with unrelenting positivity. creating fights that really don’t have any positive outcome or any good feelings or fun involved is pointless.

new york is also the site of one of the most impactful secret society rituals in the modern age, the destruction of the twin towers. to my knowledge the people who were essential to causing that to go off were mostly unpunished or even recognized as involved as criminals. they actually are more likely to be recognized as positive members of their community and industries.

in any case, living around there can probably be pretty stressful if someone knows stuff like that and doesn’t have a healthy way of knowing that stuff without spiralling.

I'm sure he's been on the negative end of favoritism before. That lawsuit with Paul, dude dug his own grave. There's simply no way Frank is raking in the same type of income Paul is. Even in Frank's heyday, it's nothing compared to Paul. I'm sure Paul hired a really top notch attorney who probably has good relations with many of the judges, prosecutors, cops, and whatever.

Who knows, a little push by somone with friends like that might be what got Franks business raided by the FDA. On that particular scenario, I'm actually on Frank's side. I think the FDA should stay out of people's food business. They've done essentially nothing useful to make food "safer." I can go to the store right now and pick up a container of FDA approved raw spinach and statistically have a greater chance catching food borne illness from eating that than drinking raw milk.

However all that being in mind, none of that has anything to do with the Illuminati (Which I mistakenly said yesterday was British. My bad it's actually German (Bavaria). You can tell by how he tries to accuse people. He literally starts attacking other businesses doing similar stuff as him, but they're just better at it than him. Instead of admitting he has a bad business model and needs to change things, he just concludes they must be part of some secret clique. And by "they" I mean literally ANYONE making more money than him, no mater how self-made or grassrooted that business is lol.

it's the curse of "lookism", believe me.

that's the foundation of his body dysmorphia. i've been there. it's a very bad spiral to be get into. he just never got out of it and did some crazy stuff to his body.

@Mulloch94 something real (being harassed by local freemasons) could have triggered him to spiral and accuse everyone of being secret society agents.

@sunsunsun Possibly, although it doesn't compute to me really. The whole freemason, cult of baphomet, Illuminati, etc. stuff really never hit hard for me. I think these groups are legit, but they're basically gentlemen clubs or sorority groups for the uber elite. Like skull & bones for the presidents, for example. They might have weird sex orgies, do a bunch of coke, and discuss public policy. But I don't think they're secretly running the show. And I don't think any plutocrat or otherwise high society folk give one iota about Frank Tufano.

It's basically like when Patrick Bateman in American Psycho was talking about Paul Allen. He said "He's apart of that Yale Thing." And the guy replied "What do you mean Yale Thing?" And he said "Well for one I think he was a closet homosexual who did a lot of cocaine....that Yale Thing." 🤣

Nah man, the really scary shit are the unelectable entities that keep turning despite public offices and public policy. And most of these aren't even speculation, we simply know they're real and what their intentions are. Raytheon, Langley, Fed Reserve, IMF, WEF, Climate Summit, United Nations. These are the guys that run the show.

I think it's interesting that he has a tattoo on his neck when in all his older videos he constantly threats over ever possible environmental toxin including having a house with a microwave in it.

@Milk-Destroyer He definitely has some weird "priorities" in his lifestyle protocols. Some of them kinda make sense, but most do not. I think he just hacks and takes shit from other people. The stuff he basically accuses others of doing.

He has the habit of always saying "I can't believe this person ripped off my idea, I was the first to ever do this." That attitude is what originally got him into trouble with Paul Saladino several years back. According to Frank Paul was allegedly endorsing the same ideas Frank was promoting, and he got on Joe Rogan's podcast. He had a round with Shawn Baker too, don't remember what that was about as much.

One time he even had the audacity to say he was the first person to spread carnivore diets. Patently false. Danny Roddy was carnivore back in like 2009, with a few others. They even had that forum called zeroing in on health, or something like that.

I think we may be in the final hours of his Youtube existence too. I mean he could make another account I guess, but that lawyer on his ass just recently got his TikTok removed, and according to this short he posted, it seems like the letter said all social media accounts would be removed. So who knows how long before the Youtube is removed.

@Mulloch94 That law firm can drag on the case for longer than Tufano will have money to eat with. I think in another video he said he was 300k in credit card debt already (I hope not exactly, because it's quite seriously Over if true). RIP.

Maybe all any of us need, to paraphrase Peat, is to go to the mountains and give up the worst foods, (eg those high in PUFA, iron, phosphorus,) or if we can’t, emulate a stimulating environment:

Ray Peat: … “Gardening, learning to play a musical instrument, sculpting and drawing, are
good; practicing the marital arts, going to new places and taking
different routes to old places, listening to an unfamiliar
language--anything that involves participation and action or
                              learning.”

@Rah1woot Exactly, he's pretty much screwed. Especially if he keeps up with this "Ill represent myself in court" bravado lol. I'd be finding me some sleazy ass Saul Goodman motherfucker to hire.

@16characterstwas He actually referenced Ray in one of the videos he did. Many years ago. I'm kinda surprised he didn't try and claim Ray stole the idea of PUFA's from him 🤣
